Abstract

The obligation to respect equal treatment and opportunities between women and men in the workplace and the requirement to adopt an equality plan in companies with fifty employees are moving forward with new detailed regulations on implementation. Negotiation, prior diagnosis, the determination of a minimum content or the requirement of publicity and registration constitute substantial elements of this commitment to the effective fulfilment of a constitutional right.
