Abstract

Directive 2023/2225 of 18 October 2023 on credit agreements for consumers contains a new regulation on consumer credit in the European Union. This paper analyses the essential features of the new text, making special mention of those that represent a modification of the consumer credit contained in Directive 2008/48/EC.
