Abstract

Judgment of the Supreme Court 1378/2023 dated October 6th, does not provide for a landmark case in the application of the most recent case law as to nullity on usury, yet the reasoning of its legal grounds does allow for some considerations on the delicate balance existing among the decisions issued by the Supreme Court throughout the two preceding lustrums.
