Abstract

In the year 2023, the main countries that lead technological development have carried out important regulatory activity in the field of Artificial Intelligence, accentuating the desire of States to reach agreements that delimit the risk of these systems. The EU proposals, specifically the Artificial Intelligence Regulation, and the G-7, known as the Hiroshima Process, will be analyzed, in addition to the holding of the first AI Security Summit, in United Kingdom.
