Abstract

The University of Cantabria highlights its special collections through dissemination projects to turn these holdings into valuable cultural objects of interest
for the community. The archive Pérez y Cía is an example of this work, as it has allowed to enhance archival and bibliographical items related to the study of emigration to America by creating a data base and retrieving related bibliographical materials.
