Abstract
This paper shows how the documents of a simple company bankrupcy case, processed in a spanish court and finally turned into a Belgium v. Spain case in the International Court of Justice, has reached the ACdP-CEU General Archive by one of the spanish lawyers, José Mª Gil-Robles y Quiñones, for his relationship with Asociación Católica de Propagandistas and CEU.
