The Library of the Royal Academy of Córdoba in the University of Córdoba History of a collaborative project
Main Article Content
Abstract
The Library of the Royal Academy of Sciences, Fine Arts and Noble Arts of Córdoba has faced many vicissitudes over time in terms of location, organization and management. Its varied and rich bibliographic heritage covers a wide chronological spectrum (from the 16th Century to the present day). The tasks of growth and conservation of this important bibliographic collection have not always been accompanied by the necessary dissemination actions, despite the constant effort of the institution to open its library to research. This situation has changed radically thanks to the collaboration between the Royal Academy and the University of Cordoba, which has led to a more effective management of this collection.
